Adeniyi joined the company in June 2005 as an Accounting Officer in the Port Harcourt Division. Since then, he has built a successful track record in the company and brings strong finance and commercial experience gained from exposure to traditional and operational finance roles held across various business units within the company. Before his appointment, he was the Financial Controller. His previous roles include Head, Treasury and Finance Reporting Manager.
Adeniyi holds a B.Sc degree in Accounting from the University of Lagos and a MBA from Alliance Manchester Business School, UK. He is an alumnus of the Lagos Business School, and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
Mumuni is a visionary leader who possesses a unique ability to convert strategic plans into tactical reality by guiding companies in establishing themselves as viable businesses. He has spent the last 3 decades establishing operational optimization, fostering strategic development and driving corporate vision across different industries.
He prides himself as being a change agent with a proven ability to purposefully identify and implement cost effective management and team building solutions through business process improvement.
Mumuni is an Associate Member of the Association of Business Executives, United Kingdom and an Alumnus of the Valley Forge Military Academy in the United States of America.
Adaeze Nwakoby is an analytical, process driven and result-oriented professional with over 18 years legal experience. She is passionate about the development and empowerment of people, enthusiastic about mentoring/ coaching and is a seasoned writer.
She joined the business in 2007 and has managed the provision of legal support for local and cross border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions. Adaeze is responsible for driving our legal and corporate governance functions. She boasts of publications in international journals like Oil, Gas and Energy Law Intelligence (OGEL) and Transnational Dispute Management Journal (TDM).
Dr. Oyet is a qualified and experienced NEBOSH (UK) Certified professional (DISTINCTION) with over 18 years’ professional experience in implementing EHSQ Management Systems in the Oil & Gas upstream and downstream industry. Under his leadership, the company won several awards including annual British International Safety Awards (Distinction) for 3 consecutive years, the Ako-Eko Green Environment Award by the Lagos State Government and EHS Excellence Award by Institute of Disaster, Safety and Security Management/National Emergency Management Agency, amongst others.
He oversees the public relations and strategic brand communications functions and drives the corporate social responsibility and security management programs within our host communities.
Sunday Nnadi is an experienced financial expert with over 16 years professional experience. He has established a proven track record of delivering business value across the OVH Energy group.
He joined the business in 2008 as Head of Finance & Planning for the Retail business in Ghana, served as Finance Manager for a few years and advanced to the role of Financial Controller in 2012. Sunday is currently responsible for our financial analysis, reporting, auditing and strategic planning.
