Mamadou Sow is a passionate and results-driven professional with vast cross-functional experience in business and financial management. With over 15 years of progressive experience in global multi-billion dollar financial roles, Mamadou is a highly accomplished business leader.
Accountable for the administrative, financial and risk management operations within the organization, Mamadou provides fiscal strategies that drive our business growth. He recently launched a plan which marks the first financial session that guided the development of our 5-year financial plan across our businesses to ensure efficiency and transparency – an imperative benefit in our change management drive.
Adaeze Nwakoby is an analytical, process driven and result-oriented professional. With over 14 years post call legal experience, she has provided advice to several complex multi-million dollar transactions include those relating to international sale and purchase of commodities as well as mergers and acquisitions.
She is responsible for driving the legal and corporate governance functions for the company.
Adaeze is passionate about the development and empowerment of people and is enthusiastic about being a mentor and coach. She is also a seasoned writer with publications in international journals like Oil, Gas and Energy Law Intelligence (OGEL) and Transnational Dispute Management Journal (TDM).
Dr. Oyet is a qualified and experienced NEBOSH (UK) Certified professional (DISTINCTION) with vast expertise in EHSQ Management Systems implementation in Oil/Gas upstream and downstream industry. He manages all Regulatory, Security and Government relationship and provides guidance on the development and execution of all EHSSQ policies and strategy.
Under his management, the company has won several distinguished awards including British International Safety Award (Distinction), the Ako-Eko Green Environment Award by the Lagos State Government and EHS Excellence Award by Institute of Disaster, Safety and Security Management/National Emergency Management Agency, amongst others.
Azeez Omosun is a disciplined, analytical and purpose-determined professional who specializes in creating value through people. With over 12 years’ combined experience in human capital management and business development, Azeez has a consistent record of directing the affairs of business functions which include Human Resources, Communications and Information Technology.
He provides strategic leadership and line of sight through these teams by developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain talent, manage performance and reward a world class workforce. In addition to his consistent business achievements, he thrives on a culture of innovation to encourage and promote skills development to effectively contribute to the achievement of our overall corporate objectives.
Oluyemi is a detailed, disciplined and result-oriented Chartered Accountant with over 23years’ professional experience. He is responsible for the implementation of effective controls in our business processes, operations and systems, in order to promote transparency and good corporate governance.
Oluyemi has a proven track record of identifying financial, operational and compliance related control weaknesses and formulating recommendations to improve the company’s control environment. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).
