Service With A Smile – Celebration Of Customer Service Week

OVH Energy Marketing, licensee of the Oando retail brand marked the Customer Service Week from October 3 – 6, 2017 in grand style as with leading organizations across the globe. Customer Service week is globally devoted to recognizing the importance of customer service and to honour those who serve and support customers each day. 
At OVH Energy, we started off the week with a heartfelt appreciation to staff members, celebrating front liners and honouring staff members who epitomize customer excellence. Executive staff members were not left out as they manned customer service front and call desks, while select members of staff visited our Oando retail stations to show appreciation to lucky customers. 
The weeklong activities emphasizes that at OVH Energy, Customer Service is not just a department but a company-wide attitude. Although Customer Service Week is an annual event, OVH Energy is committed to recognizing and rewarding the people who have such a direct and daily impact on our consumers. Here is a big THANK YOU to all our front liners.
